We have a unique format for home buyers, which is easily read and in layman's terms. The document can be used as a record of the works done to the property updated by us as they are carried out. When you come to sell, the prospective purchaser can see what the recommendations were and that you have carried out these works, providing a pre-sale guide to the condition of your property.

A Home Buyers report is a much more detailed survey than the basic valuation. Many people opt for this level of survey to ensure their new home is in good condition. This type of survey is more suited to properties that are generally sound, of conventional construction and less than approximately 70 years old.
For older properties or where you would like a more comprehensive report about the property you may wish to consider a building survey or for specific structural issues a structural survey.
