Structural Report
Structural reports provide a more detail investigation with respect to a specific structural issues, for example large cracks in walls, possible subsidence and so on. Following the investigation a detail report of the findings and recommendations will be produced.
This type of report is often required by lenders as result of potential issues raised by an initial valuation survey.
