Valuation Surveys

As Values we assess what the interest in property and land is worth at a given time. This could be in connection with a sale, letting, leasing, investment, mortgage, rating, insurance, compensation, taxation or probate.

We arrive at a valuation by assessing a number of factors such as age, condition, location and comparison with similar properties.

Most  lenders require as a minimum a valuation survey.  As they need to know that they are not lending you more than the property is worth, and that you will get at least what you paid should you decide to sell the property.
