Training

We can offer training to key personnel or provide open seminars especially to the public sector. This can be for example as a follow up to a Disability Discrimination audit.

Which include interactive sessions, project information and local on-site photographic examples of non-compliance , session hard copy packs, with feedback comments on individual queries.

 Training

A typical ½ day training seminar would provide:

  • An overview of the act.
  • Code of Practice.
  • Duties (Service providers & employees)
  • Explanation of Access audit and how to use it as a tool.
  • Flow chart for taking action:
    A) Move towards compliance.
    B) Non-Compliance Policy & Statement.

 

These sessions are developed to take account of each site and commissioning requirements. We issue Certificates for CV purposes and where appropriate/ applicable CPD (Construction Professionals Development) hour logs.
