Exceptional service levels at very reasonable cost. We can’t praise Charles highly enough for his duty of care - he produced an extremely thorough builder’s survey with easy to understand language and we got it one day earlier than expected. Goldie delivered several draft plans for internal refurbishment that cleverly maximised the internal living space, and both Goldie and Charles were very gracious in resolving an issue over our request for a further round of draft plans to incorporate our suggestions. Charles is a knowledgable building man and we really appreciated the time he took to chat with us - when we asked, he was happy to advise on various refurbishment options outlining practical issues and costs to deliver. This is the second time we have used Dawsons Surveyors to carry out a builder's survey, the first property had a significant issue flagged in the survey, and we were able to make a reduced offer to the agents/vendor, which was not accepted so we withdrew our interest. We are very satisfied customers, and would definitely use again in the future if we need the services of a surveyor or architect.
